Da Letto Home Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Da Letto Home. We take immense pride in the premium craftsmanship and quality of our luxury home textiles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a return or exchange.

1. Returns & Refunds

  • Timeframe: You have 3 days (72 hours) from the exact time of delivery to initiate a return request.

  • Eligibility & Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be entirely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and factory-sealed within their original protective packaging with all tags intact. Due to strict hygiene standards for bedding and textiles, items removed from their original sealing cannot be accepted for a return.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a complimentary pickup and issue a replacement or a full refund according to your preference.

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit within 7–10 business days.

2. Exchanges

  • Timeframe: We offer an extended exchange window of 15 days from the date of delivery for all non-customized products.

  • Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact our customer care team with your order number. The item being exchanged must meet the same strict structural and hygiene conditions as a standard return (unused, unwashed, and in original packaging).

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before the package has been dispatched from our studio.

  • Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners and is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, the standard exchange or return windows will apply upon delivery.
